Once upon a time ago, in the city of Chicago, there lived a Greek family. There was a mom, a dad, and five children. I was the oldest girl. We grew up to be a religious family. Our parents didn’t go with us to church, but they required that we attend.

A couple months before school let out, I prayed about possibly teaching a summer Bible study for the junior high girls at our church. I even mentioned it to a few of the young ladies to get a feel for whether they’d be interested or not.
