My Mom began reading to my brother and me when we were young. Favorite books included anything by Dr. Seuss: Green Eggs and Ham, Fox in Sox, Sneetches on Beaches; as well as Aesop’s Fables.

What comes to mind when you think of love? Maybe a candlelight dinner with romantic music playing in the background. Or a bouquet of beautiful roses. I have to admit my natural default is to think about love in light of all those sweet things that make me feel valued. But the truth is – love goes beyond pleasant feelings, and what I think is good for me.
