This month we’ve taken a look at a few aspects of discipline – remembering to keep God first and making sure our thinking is accurate. These are things we often choose to ignore. But if we want to grow in our relationship with Christ, they are things we need to consider.
Something Far Better
He seemed tentative at first. His big, amber eyes glanced from me to the ground and back again. This wasn’t our usual routine. Our Chesapeake Bay retriever, Joe, was used to exiting his area from one location – and this wasn’t the right place. Could he trust me? Would everything be okay if he came out of his territory another way?
It’s not my fruit
Are you a project person? Projects can be intimidating; especially ones that take five years. If I had known at the onset of writing, Outrageously Fruitful, a fruit of the Spirit Bible study, it wouldn’t be complete for 1825 days, I highly doubt I would have begun.
